Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of R3ddyBot, the R3ddyBot Console, and related services (the "Service"), operated by R3dLabs. By connecting R3ddyBot to your channel or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a team or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

R3ddyBot uses Twitch for sign-in. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and in your channel, including actions taken by your mods in the Console, and for keeping your connected Twitch account secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, defraud, or impersonate others.
• Configure commands, timers, overlays, or AI personalities that produce illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
• Use the bot to spam chat, evade Twitch moderation, or distribute malware.
• Disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service, its API, or its data outside of permitted access.

You must also follow the Twitch Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We may disable modules, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

You retain ownership of the content you create (commands, timer messages, AI personalities, overlay configuration, and similar). By adding content, you grant R3dLabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service — including sending it to Twitch chat and to your overlays. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you post.

R3ddyBot includes AI-assisted features subject to monthly message limits based on your plan. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected; you are responsible for the personalities you configure and for moderating what appears in your channel. See our Responsible AI commitment for details.

R3ddyBot is free to use with the limits listed on our pricing section. Premium and Super Power plans unlock higher limits and are processed by trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe. As described in our Privacy Policy, we never store your card numbers or other sensitive payment details on our servers.

• You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all applicable charges.
• Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
• Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Plan features and limits may change; we'll give notice of material reductions.
• Payments are also subject to the terms of the applicable payment provider.

The Service integrates with and links to third-party services such as Twitch, R3dLabs, Stripe, and others. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Service, including its design, branding, logos, overlays, and software, is owned byR3dLabs and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

We work to keep R3ddyBot online, but the Service depends on Twitch and other providers and may be interrupted for maintenance, outages, or changes outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of chat messages, timers, or overlay updates.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R3dLabs and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold R3dLabs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting R3ddyBot from your channel and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which R3dLabs operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
